1. Who we are

Curso (“the App”) is developed by Tudor Beselea (“we”, “us”). Contact: tudorbeselea@gmail.com

2. What the App does

Curso provides currency conversion, rate alerts, Home Screen widgets, and local bank rate comparisons.

3. Information we process

• On-device preferences: selected currencies, alerts, widgets, language, and onboarding state stored locally on your device.
• Location (optional): if you allow location access, we use it only to suggest your country for local bank rates. We do not sell location data.
• Notifications (optional): if enabled, we send local/remote notifications for rate alerts you configure.
• Purchases: Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple and may be validated via RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Exchange-rate data: rates are fetched from third-party market/data providers to display conversions and bank comparisons.

4. What we do not do

• We do not require an account to use the core converter.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising profiles.

5. Third-party services

Depending on platform and features, the App may use:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit (purchases)
• RevenueCat (subscription status)
• Exchange-rate and bank data providers
• Apple / Google maps links when opening nearby branches

These services process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Most preferences stay on your device until you delete the App or clear app data. Purchase records are retained by Apple / RevenueCat as needed to provide Premium access.

7. Your choices

• Deny location permission — you can still pick a country manually.
• Deny notifications — alerts will not notify you.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

8. Children’s privacy

Curso is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
